Morphosis 是一家生物科技美容公司,致力於開發一系列可改變人類外貌的轉化型物質。本專案的使命是將高科技美學融入美容產品中,打造出複雜、未來感十足且以數據為驅動的視覺語言,體現品牌的創新精神。Morphosis 的核心理念是:每個人都擁有蛻變的潛能,就如同毛毛蟲最終化身為蝴蝶。

故事
本專案深受《The Substance》與《Beauty Water》的啟發。隨著社會的快速發展,對於「完美」的追求——特別是外貌上的——愈發盛行。現今社會中,越來越多人受到外貌焦慮的影響。Morphosis 的誕生,正是為了探索與反思現代人對「完美」的想像與渴望,並藉由品牌創造出一個既能體現魅力,也能揭示背後意義的美學世界。

Morphosis is a biotech cosmetics company that develops a range of transformative substances designed to redefine human appearance. This project’s mission is to fuse high-tech aesthetics with beauty products, resulting in complex, futuristic, and data-driven visuals that embody the brand’s spirit of innovation. At its core, Morphosis believes that everyone has the potential to evolve—just as a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly.

Story
This project draws deep inspiration from The Substance and Beauty Water. As society rapidly advances, the pursuit of perfection—especially in terms of appearance has become increasingly prevalent. With rising levels of appearance-related anxiety, Morphosis was created to explore and question the modern ideal of “perfection,” crafting a brand that reflects both its allure and its implications.

Morphosis 這個名稱源自動物學術語「Metamorphosis」(變態)。
它指的是物理形態、結構或物質的轉變,同時也是一種象徵希望、重生與新開始的有力隱喻。

字標標誌將字母 “o” 改變為一個傾斜的繭形,象徵蝴蝶蛻變的繭。同時,這一設計元素也代表基因編輯,傳達出該技術通過微型機器人改變 DNA 並重塑個人體貌特徵的理念。
Morphosis 標誌的設計靈感來自蝴蝶的輪廓。標誌以單詞 “Morphosis” 中的字母 “O” 為核心元素,通過將兩個 “O” 組合,
巧妙地形成蝴蝶的形狀,完美展現了品牌以轉變與進化為核心理念的精髓。





The name Morphosis derives from a zoology term “Metamorphosis”. It is a transformation of physical form, structure, or substance. It is also a power metaphor for hope, rebirth, and new beginning. 

The wordmark logo transforms the letter “o” into a cocoon shape, symbolizing the butterfly’s transformative cocoon. This design element also represents genome editing, reflecting the technology’s use of microbots to modify DNA and reconstruct a person’s physical traits.

The Morphosis logo is inspired by the silhouette of a butterfly. The design features the letter “O” derived from the word “Morphosis.” By combining two “O”s, the symbol elegantly forms a butterfly shape, capturing the essence of transformation and evolution central to the brand’s identity.

我們的標誌配色靈感來自帝王蝶的蛻變階段。米白色在各種媒體平台上提供了靈活性和一致性,確保品牌的強烈識別性。同時,亮眼的黃色、綠色和橙色則反映了蝴蝶的蛻變旅程,象徵其從卵到幼蟲和蛹,最終成為成蟲的生命週期。
一隻毛毛蟲約需 12 天才能蛻變成蝴蝶——這是一個循序漸進且深刻的轉變過程。我從這段自然的時間軸中汲取靈感,將「12」的概念應用於 Morphosis 的字標設計。每個字母之間保留了 12 像素的間距,象徵著轉化的不同階段。這條時間軸同時也反映了第 1 階段至第 4 階段的處理歷程,強調 Morphosis 中蘊含的蛻變之旅。

Morphosis logo colors are inspired by the metamorphosis stages of the Monarch Butterfly (Danaus plexippus). The off-white color provides flexibility and consistency across various media platforms, ensuring strong recognition. Meanwhile, vibrant hues such as yellow, green, and orange reflect the butterfly’s transformative journey, symbolizing its lifecycle from egg to larva, to pupa, and ultimately to adulthood.
A cocoon transforms into a butterfly in approximately 12-30 days. I drew inspiration from this natural timeline, applying the concept of “12 days” to the wordmark Morphosis; each gap between the letters features 12px kerning. This timeline also mirrors the treatment duration across phases 1 to 4, highlighting the evolving journey embedded in Morphosis.

字體 Nohemi & Degular Mono Script

Morphosis 標誌的字標與符號均使用 Nohemi Medium,這是一款現代無襯線字體,具有動感且微妙的稜角筆畫。Degular Mono Script 則是一種獨特的等寬字體,用於正文,以提高可讀性並適用於程式設計元素,而 Nohemi 則用作標題與副標題字體。從包裝到產品,這兩種字體皆貫穿其中,形成一致的設計風格。





Both the wordmark and symbol of the Morphosis logo use Nohemi Medium, a modern sans-serif font characterized by dynamic and subtly angular strokes. Degular Mono Script, a distinctive monospace typeface, is used for body text to enhance legibility and complement programming elements, while Nohemi is designated for titles and subtitles. From packaging to the final product, these two typefaces are consistently integrated throughout.

Morphosis 的背景設定在未來的時間軸(2042年)。我的想法是一個以賽博朋克為主題的世界,融入了超人類主義(科技)、圖像現實主義的藝術指導,並擁有夜晚的霓虹視覺效果。首先,我設計了一套與主要品牌色彩相符的圖像語言。每種顏色都有其獨特的語言和外觀,反映其特定的用途。我使用了色塊拼接和簡化的圖案來創造層疊的透明數位故障效果。此外,我還融入了隨機的代碼和符號,為品牌形象引入了一些不確定性。在開發這些圖像時,我的目標是隨著其發展,減少不必要的元素,並融入那些與整體形象有強烈關聯的圖像。




The setting of Morphosis takes place in a futuristic timeline (2042). My vision is a cyberpunk-themed world that incorporates transhumanism (technology), a graphic realism art direction, and nocturnal neon visuals. First, I developed a graphic language that aligns with the primary brand colors. Each color has its own distinct language and appearance, reflecting its specific purpose. I utilized color blocking and streamlined patterns to create layered, transparent digital glitches. Additionally, I integrated random codes and symbols to introduce an element of uncertainty into the identity.  When developing these graphics, I aimed to subtract elements while as it evolving, and incorporating those imageries that maintained a strong correlation.
